Overview of annual appraisal in IT sector in 2015

Indian IT sector employees almost 3.1 million people which also includes BPO and talking about the amount of revenue Indian IT sector is generating , it has already crossed $100 billion mark and now its close to $130 billion. This year also #SMAC which is #Social , #Mobile , #Analytics and #Cloud and #BigData are the hot technologies to work on and the specialists who are working in these domains are expected to get paid up-to 25% in y-o-y annual appraisal whereas others are expected to get an average of 8-10% increment. Indian IT companies still lacks the talent of experts in Analytics and few relatively new  programming languages.
