New trends in Enterprise Content Management(ECM)

There are many corporate and government organization are still using the old paper-based or paper-inherited process in today’s digital world but still most of such organizations have understood the importance of data in the digital format and started using Enterprise Content Management(ECM) software which constitutes of  document management , case management and digital asset management. Three major trends which will drive the ECM in future are Cloud, Big data and IOT. The average document management or record management application deployed over the past 10 years is mainly storing frozen content but now due to big data analytics we would be able to play with the data available and can make use of this data to drive business.
