It has been observed that almost 50% of the Bid Data projects fail due to various reasons and the company has to incur big losses from this failure . There are few reasons of failure of these projects some of them are lack of business objective as to why the business needs Big data , most of the companies go for these projects because their competitors are doing it  “me too!” attitude , mismanagement is one of the biggest mistakes companies does , poor communication and poor representation of findings and last but not the least is finding right resource for this project because data analytics is misunderstood by many people and the resource having real knowledge of this technology is very costly .
